Why is crime so rampant in India? I think our legal system is too generous towards criminals. In spite of all evidences,
we can not hang people like Kasab, rather spend crores of rupees on his well being. Politicians know that they are not
going to be punished, unless there is continuous media pursuance. Rash drivers, chain snatchers, even hardcore criminals
understand that if caught by police, nothing will happen, just a matter of time and money. Now people have enough money to
pay penalty if at all they are caught doing wrong. Fear factor towards rule and law is almost zero among citizens. What extent
do you agree to this?
